If you want to contemplate (or write a dissertation on) the criminal inequality in global food distribution (and prices), come on down to Studio B Buffet.
This has got to be the best buffet for under $25. Everything was fresh and nothing was greasy or heavy. There are 200 selections to choose from and the wine and beer are free!
I ate three platefuls (I sampled from the Greek, salads, Mexican, Italian, and American stations). I never even had a chance to try out the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hawaiian, American breakfast, Thai, dessert, and who knows what else.
With a 50% off coupon, lunch was just $8.
Though it's technically south of Las Vegas, it's right off Interstate 15 on the way to/from L.A.
