Bahrain: 120 deaths
Tunisia: 338 deaths
Egypt: 846 deaths
Yemen: 2,000 deaths
Libya: 25,000-30,000 deaths
Syria: 94,000 deaths

I suspect Arab Spring fatigue by the western media. Libya was the last one to really be treated like a big deal; feels like they've retreated in a significant way with Syria coverage in spite of these sobering statistics.
